If, for any reason, a customer is completely dissatisfied with the purchase so made, the customer is invited to review the policy on refunds and returns of Spirit of Arya Ceylon (Private) Limited (SAC).
The following terms are applicable for any products that a customer who purchases same from SAC.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized contained the meanings so defined, thereafter. The following definitions shall have the same meaning, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of the Agreement:
Company(referred to as either “the Company” in the Agreement) refers to SPIRIT OF ARYA CEYLON (PRIVATE) LIMITED (SAC) of #70/2/3/A, 2nd Floor, Colombo YMBA Building, Colombo – 00800, Sri Lanka;
Goods refer to the products so offered for sale on the Service;
Orders mean a request made by a customer to purchase of Goods from SAC.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to SPIRIT OF ARYA CEYLON (PRIVATE) LIMITED, accessible from https://sac.lk/int/;
Customer means an individual, a body of person and/or an organization that accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Customer Order Cancellation Rights
A Customer is entitled to cancel the Order and return same within 07 working days, from the date of receipt of Order, due to following reasons:
content of the delivery is non-compliance with the Order so placed;
content of the delivery is physically damaged;
content of the delivery is not in usable status.
In order to exercise the right of the cancellation, the Customer shall notice the Company same with a valid reason via:

messaging to +94 070 355225.
The Company will reimburse the cost of goods, other than the delivery charges, within 14 days from the date of physical receipt of returned Goods.
The same mode of payment that the Customer followed to settle the invoice be followed for the reimbursement and NO addition fee on refund be charged.
Conditions for Returns
The Goods are eligible for return:
Customer shall inform the Company, if the Order is not delivered within the duration so specified in the invoice;
within 07 days from the receipt of the Goods;
the Goods are in the original packaging.
The Company reserves its right to refuse the returns and refunds thereto provided that the Customer does not comply with the return conditions so specified, at its sole discretion.
Only the cost of purchase so incurred over the Order so placed be refunded, other than the delivery charges.
Returning Goods
The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to the Company. The Customer shall send the Goods to the following address, followed by a notice to return same, as instructed herein:
#70/2/3/A, 2nd Floor, Colombo YMBA Building Colombo – 00800, Sri Lanka.
The Company cannot be held responsible for the damages or loses of returned shipment. Thus, the Company recommends an insured and trackable mail service. The Company is refrained from reimbursing the cost of purchase, unless otherwise physical receipt of Goods or proof of acceptance of returned delivery.
